How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially for airport transfers and special events. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sedan and SUV bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time without penalty. Sprinter vans and specialty vehicles require 24-48 hours notice.

Are gratuities included in the price?

Our standard quotes do not automatically include gratuity unless specified as 'all-inclusive'. A 20% gratuity is customary for good service.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, we can provide infant, toddler, and booster seats upon request for a small additional fee. Please specify this when booking.

Do you track flights?

Yes, for all airport pickups, our dispatch team tracks your flight in real-time. We adjust the pickup time automatically for delays.

What vehicles do you have?

Our fleet includes luxury sedans (Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7-Series), executive SUVs (Cadillac Escalade, Chevy Suburban), and luxury Sprinter vans.
